It includes Laminar (Vertical and Horizontal),
Turbulent, Mixed and Tunnel; consider characteristics
of each type and the purpose of use for selection.

The cleanliness level of clean room is determined
by the degree required for each product. You must fully
check air flow, number of ventilations and indoor pressure. |
|
|
The layout must meet characteristics of task and the
cleanliness level. Any task causing much dust should
be separate from other tasks and consider completely
entry, pass, utility, maintenance, etc.
|
|
|
The internal surface should be smooth so that the
air flow cannot be dispersed or dusts cannot be built.
You should use materials which cause little dust; particles
are not well attached to; and allow an easy cleaning.
Chemical-, humidity-, or fire-tolerant materials may
be used depending on tasks.

Equipments consisting of a clean room include air
shower and pass box for removing dusts; relief damper
for keeping pressure; and clean stocker and clean locker
for storing goods or packing. You must fully understand
functionalities of each item.

Working persons and materials incoming from the outdoor
are the primary cause of dust. Working persons must
have basic knowledge about clean room, including dust-free
garment and the matter of make-up.
|
|
|
The system to provide energies including water, gas
or electricity should be selected based on the type
of airflow and flexibility of layout. A careful attention
is required for maintenance not to cause a decrease
of the cleanliness level.
|
|
|
A clean room is a closed structure so requires
measures against fire or gas leakage. An emergency
power facility should be considered in equipments
that can meet any problem by blackout.
