          |   | Advanced clean room system to complement the existing CTM and 
              System Ceiling.The central operation makes the maintenance of clean room easier 
              and a complex cleanliness level management is allowed from low to 
              high level.
 A modification in the layout of clean room requires no construction; 
              the rearrangement of FFU is enough.
 The use of AC-Motor reduces the cost of operating FFU and some FFUs 
              adopt high-efficient BLDC-Motor; they provide a low noise and require 
              no separate noise-absorbing facility, making users more convenient.

 - FFU is suitable for the clean room of Class 0.1 under Class 100,000.
 - FFU is installed on the ceiling mould bar.

 - In repairing the clean room, it is easy to modify the layout of 
              FFU.
 - FFU provides a low noise and is made of Aluminum; it is light 
              and hard.
 - FFU comes in the standard size of 1200 x 600 and other sizes available.
 - FFU provides a low vibration.
