The Blower Filter Unit (Return) is installed
on the ceiling and is a kind of clean unit with a filter and
a fan, providing a high cleanliness level with a HEPA Filter
Unit.
Up to 32 units can operate separately using an M.C.U. Controller
and a high cleanliness level is maintained by the adjustment
of wind velocity.
