Airflow contains a lot of invisible changing factors. In especial, temperature, humidity and cleanliness level are becoming important environmental factors. A human being is to the heart what an air-conditioning system is to air conditioner. An air-conditioner provides multi-functions including air supply, temp/humidity control, filtering, mixing and heat exchange, suitable for large factory or building. It¡¯s A.H.U design has a small form factor and considers the aesthetic aspect

 


  • Minimizes the form factor.
  • Allows a high-efficient operation reducing the operation cost.
  • Allows various combinations among sections.
  • Makes disassembly and reassembly easier and reduces the cost of installation.
  • Provides the frame assembly method using the aluminum mould bar.
  • Provides a constant complete sealing using special structure packing.
  • Uses a large access door, making maintenance easy.


  • Type: 24 wind volume-specific types. Each includes four kinds.
  • Applied Wind Volume: 55CMM ~ 1345CMM (Passage Wind Velocity: 2.7§½)
  • Applied Type
    - Horizontal (Separate Ventilation Type & Integrated Ventilation)
    - Mixed (Integrated Ventilation)
    - Vertical

 




  • The exterior is beautiful since die-casting and sanding aluminum.
  • An EPDM insulator is attached to the inner corner.
  • It is easy to disassemble and reassemble.




  • Pressed aluminum ensures lightness and sufficient hardness, enabling to serve as frame and panel holder.
  • EPDM insulator is attached the inner wall of the profile, blocking thermal transfer and preventing condensing water from generating in case of high-temp, high-humidity weather like the rainy season.
  • A special packing is attached to the wing part, minimizing the leakage of air.



  • It complements between panels and holds panels.
  • The inner wall of the panel has a polyethylene insulator, which blocks thermal transfer.




  • It is a thin filter, providing a low pressure loss.
  • Any attached dust cannot rescatter.
  • It provides a consistent performance since maintaining a constant interval by erupting vinyl chloride resin ribbons




  • Up to 560 CMM of wind volume adopt a coil with 1/2¡± cupper pipe integrated while more than 560 CMM adopt a coil with 5/8¡± cupper pipe.
  • The shape of fan shows a sine wave, minimizing resistance against airflow while maximizing the surface area.
